From Penn Station
The NYU Langone Medical Center is directly across town from Penn Station on the West Side. Take the M34 bus on 34th St. going east to its final stop.
You can also walk east across town along 33rd Street. Taxis may deposit passengers at the main lobby entrance on First Avenue.

Coming from uptown, the M15 local bus runs along Second Avenue and stops at 34th and 2nd. Pay with a MetroCard or exact change in coins.

The M34A and M34 are crosstown buses. The M34A connects with nationwide bus service at Port Authority Bus Terminal (42nd Street and 8th Avenue). Exit at Second Avenue and walk one block east for NYU Langone Medical Center.
