About Your Visit
What to Expect
You will be seen by a team of doctors who will ask questions about your problem and perform a general physical and neurological examination.
You may also undergo different tests outlined in Diagnosing Dysautonomia.
What to Bring
To ensure the most efficient and effective visit, please bring or fax all previous medical information including copies of any past X-rays.
You will need to complete a variety of forms when you arrive. You can download them here and bring them with you, if you prefer.
