Bellevue’s Youth Specialized Care Center
Provides services for young people between the ages of 12 and 24 who are at risk for or infected with HIV/AIDS in a friendly center of care where patients can get all of the services needed, including:
- Confidential HIV counseling and testing
- STI testing and treatment
- Peer education and risk reduction
- Entitlements and vocational counseling
- Case management and supportive services
- Social work assessment and care coordination
- Primary and specialty medical care
- OB/GYN care
- Mental Clinical Services
- Individual and group counseling
- Escort to off-site services
- Access to clinical trials
- Transition from pediatrics to adolescent HIV/AIDS services
- Transition from adolescent to HIV/AIDS adult services

Saint Vincent's Hospital, Manhattan
Provides services focusing on the emotional, physical, and psychological needs of adolescents infected with HIV. A team comprised of a physician, a nurse practitioner, and a social worker delivers quality primary care and case management services to each client of the project. Saint Vincent's Adolescent Infectious Diseases (ID) Clinic provides:
- HIV counseling and testing
- Social work assessment and services and care coordination
- Individual and group counseling
- Primary and specialty medical care
- OB/GYN care
- Transition from pediatrics to adolescent HIV/AIDS services
- Transition from adolescent to HIV/AIDS adult services

The Special Care Clinic, provides comprehensive medical and social services for HIV-infected youth between the ages of 13 and 24, including:

- Transition from adolescent to HIV/AIDS adult services
- HIV counseling and testing in the outpatient clinic
