Bellevue’s Youth Specialized Care Center

Provides services for young people between the ages of 12 and 24 who are at risk for or infected with HIV/AIDS in a friendly center of care where patients can get all of the services needed, including:

  • Confidential HIV counseling and testing
  • STI testing and treatment
  • Peer education and risk reduction
  • Entitlements and vocational counseling
  • Case management and supportive services
  • Social work assessment and care coordination
  • Primary and specialty medical care
  • OB/GYN care
  • Mental Clinical Services

  • Escort to off-site services
  • Access to clinical trials

Provides services focusing on the emotional, physical, and psychological needs of adolescents infected with HIV. A team comprised of a physician, a nurse practitioner, and a social worker delivers quality primary care and case management services to each client of the project. Saint Vincent's Adolescent Infectious Diseases (ID) Clinic provides:

  • HIV counseling and testing
  • Social work assessment and services and care coordination
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Primary and specialty medical care
  • OB/GYN care
  • Transition from pediatrics to adolescent HIV/AIDS services
